This Privacy Policy applies to information handled by the operator in connection with GTC Quiz Tournament and related services.
The operator may handle account information such as username, display name, avatar, language preference, organization or class affiliation, and optional contact details.
The operator may handle authentication-related data such as passkey credential identifiers, public key information, counters, and related metadata needed for authentication. Biometric data such as fingerprints or facial images are processed on the user’s device and are not directly collected by the Service.

The operator may provide information to contractors or infrastructure providers to the extent necessary for service operation, maintenance, security, support, or lawful compliance.

The Service may use cookies, session storage, local settings, and similar technologies to maintain login state, language preferences, security, and service usability.
If the user disables certain technologies through browser settings, some features may not work correctly.

If a guardian, school, or organization requests review related to student information, the operator may ask that request to be coordinated through the relevant organizer or account holder as appropriate.
The operator implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect handled information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage.
The operator may revise this Privacy Policy when necessary. Revised policies take effect when published on the Service or at another time separately indicated by the operator.
